Amazon signs a 10 MW PPA with Hexa‘s solar project in Japan.
Hexa is excited to announce that Amazon has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for our 10MW solar farm in Hokkaido, Japan.
As part of Amazon’s commitment to matching its electricity consumption with carbon-free energy, this project is one of four new utility-scale solar farms that have more than doubled Amazon’s renewable energy capacity in Japan in a year.
At Hexa, we are proud to contribute to Japan’s energy transition by delivering renewable energy projects that power a sustainable future. We look forward to driving more clean energy initiatives in Japan and beyond.
